A well-regarded boutique litigation firm is seeking a Florida-licensed associate attorney with 1 to 5 years of experience to join its team.
The Role
- Represent clients in high-stakes, complex litigation matters
- Work on cases involving catastrophic personal injury, insurance disputes, and related litigation
- Draft substantive pleadings, briefs, and motions
- Collaborate closely with experienced litigators on impactful cases from day one
Ideal Background
- Active Florida Bar membership
- 1 to 5 years of litigation experience; personal injury or insurance-related experience is a plus but not required
- Strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Thoughtful, team-oriented, and comfortable taking initiative in a fast-paced litigation environment
- Motivated, adaptable, and client-focused
