Litigation Associate Attorney

A well-regarded boutique litigation firm is seeking a Florida-licensed associate attorney with 1 to 5 years of experience to join its team.

The Role

  • Represent clients in high-stakes, complex litigation matters
  • Work on cases involving catastrophic personal injury, insurance disputes, and related litigation
  • Draft substantive pleadings, briefs, and motions
  • Collaborate closely with experienced litigators on impactful cases from day one

Ideal Background

  • Active Florida Bar membership
  • 1 to 5 years of litigation experience; personal injury or insurance-related experience is a plus but not required
  • Strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Thoughtful, team-oriented, and comfortable taking initiative in a fast-paced litigation environment
